Refund & Final Sale Policy

Important Notice

All Surecurity membership purchases are digital products and are considered final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products – Final Sale

Due to the digital nature of our membership products, all sales are final upon purchase. Once you complete your transaction and gain access to your membership benefits, the sale cannot be reversed except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Exceptions to Final Sale

We will issue refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same membership, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).

  • Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization (e.g., fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method), we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of the charge date with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase

  • Date of the transaction

  • Order confirmation or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., bank statements showing duplicate charges)

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Surecurity may result in suspension of your account and membership access.

6. Membership Tiers

This policy applies to all membership purchases, including:

  • Silver Membership: $475 (one-time payment)

  • Gold Membership: $600 (one-time payment)

7. Pre-Launch Status

Surecurity is currently a pre-launch, read-only MVP. By purchasing a membership, you are securing a "founding seat" with priority access to our beta and future releases. This purchase supports the ongoing development of Surecurity.
